The NuWave oven Elite is the most advanced NuWave oven yet. The elite’s triple combo cooking power combines conduction, convection and infrared power into one compact, countertop unit which allows the NuWave oven Elite to cook up to 70% faster than conventional ovens. The NuWave Elite has an expansive temperature range, able to cook between 100 DegreeF and 420 DegreeF, adjustable in 1 Degree increments. The Elite also includes several unique features, including a sear function, dehydrate function as well as a stage cooking function which allows you to set your Elite to cook at a variety of temperatures in one recipe. This package comes with the extender ring kit and turkey kit, which combine to give the Elite enough space to cook up to a 30-pound turkey.
